Product work great
Product moves a lot of air for there size

move air good but not by any means ultra quiet
Used for a RV frig cool/ air moving problem. Work great for moving air at low amperage but need to add a resistor to quiet them down. Does the job and is now very quiet, but the speed is lower by about 15%, which seems to be just fine controlling the frost and air movement.

Quiet and good quality.
Very quiet at the rated 12 volts, and nice air flow. I also tested its over voltage and it handled it great.

Depends where you want to use this
These fans are good at what they supposed to do. However, it all depends where you would like to use for. If you want to use this for small PCs, HTPC, or media PC located around your TV or nearby you, then using them through 12V will be very noisy. In that case it will be better to use them using 5V, or using 7V with voltage regulator. If this is going to be used for the PC that is somewhere inside your closet or gears room, then using 12V with fan noise should not be a concern.

2 didn't even work, but the 2 that did have a very low output and are noisy. Don't recommend

Nice, when they work
Out of the 4 fans, maybe two ran at full speed and had nice airflow. The third fan seemed to run at about 75% and the last fan spun at maybe 50% flow. Not great quality control but also not expensive fans.
