I had rats in my attic and tried everything to remove them. I tried this and was absolutely amazed. I put five wafers in the attic. Within a minute I heard a couple of them rolling wafers in the attic. They went to it like nothing I’ve ever seen. within one day I no longer have rats in the attic. This stuff is like crack to a rat.

We have been using this bait in our bait stations and need to refill them every week. After using the peanut butter flavor for a few months, I decided to switch to the apple flavor. The mice and pack rats seem to enjoy both flavors. It is difficult to measure the effectiveness of the product; I have found a few dead mice and rats, but I assume most go underground to die. This leads me to believe either the product does not have a 100% kill rate, or more rodents simply come in to take their place. I have been using this product for about six months now, and I have definitely noticed fewer droppings along their usual routes, as well as a significant decrease in nesting. Overall, there is less activity, but the bait continues to be consumed. These blocks were extremely useful and eradicating some nuisance rats. Not only did they fit perfectly in the outdoor rodent feeders, but they're easily tossed into otherwise inaccessible rafters , behind equipment or into corners of the attic. Note, slugs seem to love these blocks so I put salt and snail repellent around the outdoor feeders to keep the bait available to the rodents.

I have a barn on several acres, so mice and rats are a more common thing then I'd like to admit. Twice, I have bought these bait blocks and just threw them in and around the stuff in the barn and the garage. Both times I have made the mistake of closing the container of bait, but leaving it in the room. The rats have, twice, chewed thru the plastic container to get at it's contents. So, they love the bait, but as much as they love it, they don't seem to be around anymore to have seconds. Now, the bait does not seem to be quick acting, but it is very effective. Took a week or so, but seems like it has taken care of all of the reasons why I would own the bait in the first place.

Great product if you have any issues with rodents in and around your property, this will take care of it almost immediately have purchased it many times

From the smell through my walls, I believe that it murdered my problem rats that had become trap smart.
