I love the stuff. The Hydrate Lemon-Lime pretty much tastes like the original lemon lime Gatorade. I don’t use quite as much as is suggested in my water because I like a somewhat lighter flavor, but it’s really tasty and it makes getting in my eight glasses of water a day much easier/more enjoyable.

Great value. This will last a while as you don’t need much in your water. Great flavor, taste good. Refreshing taste after a long walk or hike. Great flavor to add or mix with other flavors of Mio.

Great flavor and gives you energy without the gitters!

I always put this in my water during and after a workout in order to deliver my electrolytes and keep the hunger down. Highly recommend!

Lime isn't too flavorful.

I love these, order them often. I squirt them in my water after I get done with cardio and feel great.
