Very good product and fantastic after sales service

The product is of superior quality. More importantly I am genuinely impressed with the after sales service of Vishwakarma Enterprises. When I notified them that an item was missing from the order and I wasn't in a position to return the product as the order was an urgent requirement, the company acknowledged the error and offered to immediately ship the missing item at no additional cost. In terms of after sales service, this experience has been unique and a refreshing change.
