I am ordering this product for the 3rd time. I don't take according to directions, but I do take 1 if I'ma fixin to eat sweets or carbs. I'm a believer. 💗💗. Oh ya, I'm down 20 pounds, slow and steady gets the weight off.

This really works! It does take time though. I gave up but quickly realized when I stopped, that it was actually working. They say to give it 90 days, & they were right. The pills are easy to swallow & I take one right before I eat. I usually only eat 2 meals a day so most days I take 2. If I eat a 3rd meal, I take a 3rd one, but never more than 3 a day. It makes me not hungry. I have to remind myself to eat. If I forget to take it before I eat, I do take it after, up to an hour after I eat. It still works on me doing that. My only complaint,- is it only has 45 in the bottle. So 22 days is the maximum it last me. If I eat 3 meals on some days, it of course last less time. That gets pretty expensive, but… for something that does work, I’ll continue to purchase it. I have lost 10 lbs since I’ve been taking this. No side affects, other than the positive one, that I don’t feel hungry. I also want to mention, that I tried another, less expensive brand, that did not work at all. The capsules had a powder on them on the outside that tasted horrible. So with that said, this product is by far superior to other brands. .

Hey everyone. I bought this twice or 3 times so far and it did nothing for me. It never lowered my A1C like what I thought that it might. So I am telling you right now, that she has this on the shelf at Walmart and it is still sitting there because it’s too expensive and it does not work. It is false advertising. I was so disappointed when I got my blood work back and my A1C had not changed and I stopped with all sugar drinks and foods thinking this would be like an added benefit the while time I was using this and it is false advertising. Don’t be someone who is foolish enough to buy this thinking it will lower your A1C because it WON’T! Don’t fall for this, it’s all a lie. I’m telling you the truth. I bought it 3 times so far with NO RESULTS! Please save your money for something else that will work because this will not. This is too, too expensive and not worth it. I’m trying to help you. Just take my word for it. I’m being 100% honest with you. My A1C was at 9.0 and it never went down with this. It wasn’t until my doctor gave me some medicine for diabetes that it finally went from being a 9.0 to an 8.0. So glad my doctor is helping me. Don’t fall for this lie. Please don’t. It’s not worth your money.

Excelente producto

A mi me a funcionado perfectamente no lo tomo para perder peso aunque si ayudo a perderlo. La glucosa mejoró es mi 4 bote que compro y trabaja. Solo que noté algo compré uno en Walmart y lo sentí que no venía igual de concentrado empeze a sentir hambre descontrolado. Porque me sentí diferente por eso ahora solo lo compro por Amazon. No sé si alguien allá sentido diferencia. Pero funciona bien perdí 10 libras y mi estómago se desinflamó y mi digestión estaba muy bien.
