It does have a cut for the camera and no it's not tempered glass glass.

Does this affect the s-pen sensitivity or cause drag when drawing on the pen-up app?

Yes it does a bit. Slightly more draggy and leaves a trace that can also affect the fingerprint recognition

Does this come with an installation frame or jig?

Yes mate, actually one the best I've came across. Small jig plugs into the usb port and there are three 'hooks' that guide the sheet into place. Then it's quite a smart way of peeling the protector away so it adheres to the glass. All in I'm very pleased with it and still using the first protector months on. It's already saved a dog paw scratch. One thing worth mentioning be as light as you can bending then screen to peel the bottom layer off. I folded mine a little to harshly and it made a small line in the protector at the splitting point. But surprisingly it faded about a week later. Amazing phones and amazing craftsmanship on the screen protector. I'd definitely buy it.

It works well on my phone however it take away a tiny bit of sensitivity of a screen need to tap a few times sometimes
