I used these on old tool cases that the plastic latches broke off. Could have been nice if it was supplied with a mounting templet. Also used for a plastic trim cover on my Kubota to hold the sides in place looks nice and worked great.

Easy to install decent screws except they’re not magnetic but it’s tolerable. Used for enclosing my patio keeping sections together easy assemble and disassemble

I've ordered this brand of latches a lot, and up until recently, they were good. But my last 3 orders have all contained multiple defective latches. The spring doesn't hold the latch closed making it useless. There's no help from Customer Service other than sending back all latches and waiting for another shipment (which also contains defects). Save your money and look for another brand. I'll remember to check recent reviews on the next brand I order. Hopefully they don't all use the same manufacturer.

The latches worked great for my project; however, the screws were countershunk screw heads and will not lay flat against the latch.
