I bought these initially because my doctor recommended them and talked about the health benefits of Vitamin D3. I've purchased other brands in the past. Still, this one was a nice combination of quality and value. I will buy the 250-count version of this next time, as the cost per pill is much lower.Compared to other brands I have bought, these appear to be the same size. These are small and very easy to swallow. The dosage at 2000 IU meets what my doctor most recently recommended. I've had no issue with the pills sticking together, and I don't notice any taste good or bad.Overall, great purchase and I will buy again.

I take these daily and I could see the difference when I stopped taking them. I love my vitamin D. These pills are super small and easy to take with water. They are tasteless, and cloudy light yellow. In order to see a difference you have to take them regularly doe atleaset 2-3 weeks depending on how deficient your body is. Also. Seek medical advice before you start taking random supplements.
