Fabulous Door Handle with Sturdy Deadbolt
This is a really positive review because I'm thrilled with this door handle set. The handleset with deadbolt adds that extra level of security. It also includes installation hardware which made the setup a breeze. The lifetime mechanical warranty is a testament to its quality and durability. And let's not forget the SmartKey Rekey Deadbolt Security - a strong selling point. The set looks great, functions well and I love that it has the matching deadbolt! Highly recommended!

Beautiful handle set! Well made, with a beautiful finish. I got the oil rubbed bronze which is very rich and looks much more expensive than it was. The install was easy ( mine was a direct replacement ) and done quickly by my hubby and myself. There are two locks with two separate keys making it nice and secure as well. Very happy, and highly recommend!

Tempermental
Door was open, dog jumped against it and slammed it shut causing the mechanism to break and lock door shut. Had to take hinges off and push outward to open...

No problems and a beautiful lock set!
After reading all the reviews, I was hesitant to order this item, but I really loved how it looked and the rekeying feature. I’m also aware of Amazons great return policy. Installation was mostly very easy. The 2 things that caused me grief was the 2 very long screws that were used to mount the upper strike plate. I had to predrill those holes. The other thing that was difficult for me was installing the screw holding the bottom lock handle. Even with the included template, locating the place to drill through the door was difficult. And the hole must be quite straight or the screw won’t grab threads in the lock. The locks work perfectly and all turning parts turn easily. I rekeyed both locks easily.

Perfect replacement for original Kwikset entrance handle set
This was basically a like for like replacement of an existing Kwikset door handle set. The original one was working fine but the exterior finish had seen better days. Easy to remove the old one and install the new one. Instructions were pretty good and all necessary parts were present. I think this was a very good value for the money and matched up to the existing holes quite well. Everything looks great just need to do some paint touching up where the outline was slightly different on the outside. The first one lasted 26 years so this one should do the same. Mechanicaly the original was fine it was just cosmetic.

Great replacement lockset - looks great with our door
Replaced a very worn out lockset of 20+ years. Installation is more about skills than the product itself. Instructions are decent and helpful. All the components fit into the existing hole patterns. Skill aspect is to read and understand the instructions, expect tweaks to make it all work and it should go well.
