How do u make sure the heart isnt upside down?

When I screw mine in , it’s tilted to the side but the bottom of the heart is where it’s supposed to be for the most part. Try screwing it in from different angles ?

Do not get

The screw part broke off in the anchor in my damn face I was scared for my life they are super cute but they are heavy that’s why I had to change them because I could feel the anchor being pulled under the skin but yea negative points cuz it literally broke in my face

Doesn't sit close to the skin and gets caught on everything!

I was really excited to get this. I love hearts and thought that this would be super cute. It is cute, but it sits too far above the skin. My dermal sits just below my eye and I've learned that if the top sits to high my hair wraps around it and it gets caught on my clothing. So, I really was hoping for something that would sit closer to the skin and this didn't.
