If you’re debating, buy this one.
Fantastic bed tent. Very spacious and well made. It’s been a year since we purchased and it’s still in excellent condition. Fits well on the bed. Has tons of openings that can be unzipped, either fully or to expose netting. Keeps the sleeping area nice and warm in the winter. Very clean design that has been well loved. Washed up well in the washing machine and was easy to reassemble.

Great for privacy in common area
My 9yr old son needed privacy as he sleeps in a common area which is also the brightest and coldest room in the house. This fixed all 3 problems providing privacy, darkening and warmer environment and he loves it! The other kids with actual bedrooms were jealous of his tent. Have only had for one week but seems sturdy including zippers, have not yet tried to wash but easy to set up if you have a lighter mattress (can’t imaging trying to get a heavier memory foam king in/out of the tent) so hopefully easy to take down and cold wash and will try tumble dry on no heat to avoid shrinking. Easy to activate one year warranty by email, those instructions are in the package. I’m going to be doing a home renovation and we all may be sharing sleeping areas for a few weeks so I may be buying a couple more to give us all privacy/separate space. I wish it also came in a toddler bed size haha

Worth the high price
I think that we can all agree: $115+ is a steep price to pay for a tent this size (Twin in my case). But this particular tent just so happens to fit-onto/integrate-with a bed and it does so very, very well. What's more, Alvantor seem to have the bed-tent (tent-bed?) market cornered and well, 'supply and demand' is a thing (or *things* I guess, huh?). Sorry, I'm in a bit of a fog having spent the better part of 3 hours inside one of these tent-bed-tents. A "fog" only because I didn't want to come out. SOMEone decided that it was unreasonable for me to nap longer..merely bc it's THEIR bed. Pffft...the nerve. amirite?? First let me tell you, installation was surprisingly simple and straightforward. The tent arrives in it's folded, storable state. One only need release 3 plastic clips to bear witness as it unfolds in all of it's glory. As I'm certain so many do, our bed-tent-bed went atop a loft bed. Allow me to regale you with the proverbial nuts n bolts of installation so you'll know what to expect there: 1) Remove the mattress (we'll be sliding it back inside the tent in a moment). 2) The three arched, structural support pieces are pre-installed and ready to go once you've released the aforementioned clips. Simply align the tent-bed-tent to the base of the bed. Eyeball it, no laser levels, calipers nor micrometers required. 3) Aside from the tent itself, you've got THREE parts to contend with. Identical, collapsed poles that easily unfold and come together to run perpendicular (long-ways) to the pre-installed arched poles. Ya can't miss the zippered entry points: one along the top and two each along the sides. Slide em in without so much as a word as others in the room stand in awe and gawk at your mastery. 4) Time to slide that mattress back in, y'all! Either end fully unzips to allow this impressive maneuver. The mattress will cover the "floor" of the bed-tent-bed for structural rigidity. Now flash a smile at your surely growing audience, MacGyver...we're in the home stretch. 5) Four ties of your favorite knot at each corner to further fasten your tent-bed-tent to the bedposts/frame and you. are. DONEZO. Actually, just go with a simple 'bow', here. Save the Alpine Butterfly Loop for your next K2 hike, ya bad-ass. Mmmhmm...my bombastic blathering notwithstanding, that's "it". What you're left with is a sweet tent (...on a bed) that stands right up to the somewhat lofty 3-figure pricetag. There's a hook-loop inside on the ceiling just begging for a ~$20 wireless, rechargeable fan/led light combo (w/ remote) to complete the cool cave. In all seriousness, this is a fantastic product that I am certain you will not regret purchasing. I won't lie to you and say that I don't wax-manic over just any ol' thing like this. I do, I do. But if you're already here considering this item much less, suffering my diatribe antics, you've already bought it, anyway. Enjoy your nap.

High quality bed tent
My 10-year-old daughter had been using a bed tent that was designed for kids (printed with pictures) but it only partially covered the bed and was only available for a single-size bed. When she upgraded to a larger bed, she asked if she could still get a bed tent for it. The large windows in her bedroom let in a lot of light from very early in the morning and she wanted more coverage to keep out the light so she could sleep in past sunrise, but she didn't want heavy curtains in the room. I decided to buy this tent for her. As a pop-up tent, it was easy to assemble the tent itself as you just slide some support poles into designated pockets. The biggest challenge when setting this up was getting it under the mattress. If you were to use this on a single bed, that might not be too bad as those mattresses can be fairly light and aren't too large. However, if you are using this tent on a bed that is full size or larger, it can be a bit tricky getting this under and around a bulky heavy mattress. I had to have another adult help me. Keep that in mind before purchasing. Once it was set up, it was clear this tent was high quality and very sturdy. If you bump into it or accidentally sit on the edge of the bed, it pops right back into shape, which is great in a kid's room. The only thing that I feel I should mention is that the size of these tents can seem quite large (tall) when you get into the larger sizes of mattress. If you have a low ceiling, dangling lights or fixtures, or a ceiling fan, I would recommend measuring first as this tent might cause a problem in those situations. Other than that, this is a great buy for anyone that wants to create a cozy hideaway on their bed. The amount of light blocked is great considering the lightweight nature of the fabric, the sturdy zippers and panels allow for more, or less, air flow and for more, or less, view of the room, making the tent quite versatile. My daughter loves this tent!

Love it so far!
Easy to put together (I did it myself including putting the full size mattress in it). However, I wish the zipper on the sides zipped down instead of up. My daughter loves it. It’s breathable and with the cold weather has actually seemed to help keep it a bit warmer inside. I’m curious to see how it does with the hot weather.

Brought 1 for my partner just to be walmer, very easy to slide the bed tent up the mattress, also the 3 poles are easy to install. The material is quite soft.. useing the entrance at the head end, the pole in the middle makes it hard for a adult to get in, therse no room to swing your leggs in, due to the zip only going as far as the middle pole.. also if you use the foot end side doors as an adult it's sketchy, trying to get in and move up the bed, then turn to sit up, back down the bed, zip up, back up the bed. Nice quality made, abit like a soft wet suit material.. I had the bedroom light on and when putting the poles in on the inside, I had to use a torch to see inside so the black out works. If your fit and able it's 100 percent for you if your after a bed tent. Me and my partner both have issues health wise and we managed ok, just sketchy the first fue times till your brain gets around it. I paid £125 for mine but there was the same item for £180 that some one had returned and I got it new, undamaged ect for £125 so scan the page lol

Be warned despite the pictures this is not for a double/full bed. It's for a single. Made for a disappointing Christmas.
