Are Donnelly's bacon products gluten free?

Generally, bacon is gluten free. However I understand there can be some cross contamination so it's best to check with the product producer. Since its imported you can check with Donnelleys. I'm sure, however, the Donnelleys British style sausages are NOT gluten free, as they are mixed with meal as per British recipes. Hope this helps.

Has the bacon been frozen? Can it be frozen?

Hi Noel , Yes Bacon is frozen and it is shipped frozen and once cold to touch on arrival to destination it can be placed safely back into the freezer.

How long will this stay safe to eat if only refrigerated after arrival??

This is pork product which has been brine cured. Because of the salt levels, in the rashers, under refrigeration, this will remain a safe product for many months.
