Wow, I'm impressed. I can't believe how easy and fast this was. I did my whole house in a couple hours. I sprayed it on, let it sit a few minutes and then used a stiff brush to remove the dirt. I got one that you don't have to bend down to use. Perfect. I then rinsed the floor and enjoyed the nice clean grout! There is no smell and only a small amount of residue that I'm sure will come off with the next full floor wash I do. I'm thrilled!

This formula is just fantastic! I’ve tried ANOTHER product not as effective which I had to return for its strong chemical smell. I have asthma and could not tolerate the smell even with a mask. Black Diamond has a pleasant non-toxic clean smell. I was indeed impressed with its effectiveness and how easy it was to clean 13 years of dirt on my floor tile grout. I used a plastic squeeze bottle to apply the cleaner, waited 5-10 minutes, scrubbed the grout with a long handle brush I found in Amazon (to avoid bending or kneeling over) and saw the magic happen before my eyes. Amazing results! I’m extremely satisfied with this product. I did finish cleaning the grout with my steamer, but just as an additional step to disinfect the floors. I’ll buy this product again.

I have penny tiles for which there is a lot of grout. This product cleans well, it took two applications to get it as clean as possible (not going to look like newly installed tile/grout). Recommend using the sealer once cleaned.

The job needed tough cleaner as the grout was black and needed cleaned to its original off-white. This worked great, but be prepared to pull the Elbow Grease out from under your sink as well. Having the right brush for the job is also a key to making it successful. It not only cleans the grout but also the tile and all the little nuances. You'll be surprised how much dirt and grime collects in one single tile. Directions suggest letting cleaner stand for 3-5 minutes. I needed the full five to cut through the grime. It's not an easy job but well worth the effort. When my daughter came home from college for a break, she said, without any prompt, "Did we get a new floor? It's so beautiful." Enough said!

Does not clean at all it’s garbage do not waste your money

When this product arrives it cleans grout lines very nicely, both with a machine and by hand. Unfortunately, I ordered another bottle of this grout cleaner, it failed to arrive. I was refunded. I re-ordered it. Again, it failed to arrive. I was again refunded. Not sure if this is the third-party Seller having supply issues, or Amazons distribution system being over-loaded due to the time of year. However, I need to complete the work, so I am not going to re-order it for a third time.

Works really good

I bought the large gallon size and then transferred some to a smaller applicator bottle. I applied it to the grout, let it sit for about 10 minutes, and then scrubbed it with a grout brush. The product foamed just the littlest bit during scrubbing. The scent is light and not unpleasant. While it was wet it was hard to tell if the product was working but once the grout dried I could see that it was clearly cleaner.

Used on grey grout it does work but took a few applications I found it easier to brush on lightly as solution strong and can damage other surfaces

ordinary bleach left on for a while did a better job in my kitchen! 99p instead....

Excellent product ,really takes out the dirt &grime from tile grout .

This product did absolutely nothing to clean the grout between the tiles in my shower. All talk and no action. The tile looks exactly the same before and after applying the product.

Very disappointed. I had a bathroom gutted and a new one put in less than three years ago. Noticed the grout was not as fresh looking as originally and purchased this product. I mention this to highlight that the problem had not been existing for an exceptionally long time. After two applications the area does look somewhat better but far from fresh nor did the resulting improvement last for very long. Will not be purchasing this product againl
