This is my go to for vitamins! Definitely worth the money. Great quality. It's ingredients was approved by my doctor and dietician. It has all the vitamins that they want me taking. It's a capsule you swallow, so no bad taste to worry about. I was suffering through those huge chewable pills and they were terrible. Great for quick digestion. They are keeping my vitamin levels in check so they are definitely effective! I just wish shipping was a little faster. This does not bother my stomach and there is no taste. Works like a prenatal vitamin and I can’t imagine not taking these. The size is like headache meds so not hard to swallow. I notice a difference in this vitamin if I miss a couple doses. A must buy!

At the bottom of my bottle was this empty capsule as shown in the photo. This is a quality control issue. The main issue I have with these capsules is when the gel capsule opens up in the stomach, it sours my stomach for about 10 minutes. You definitely need to eat with this vitamin. This is the iron free capsules
