Be sure your map is recent
The map covers the whole of Turkey at a good level of detail. The particular version I was sold is a bit out of date, as Turkey has built a load of new roads in the past few years. The map does have the advantage of being damp proof and not easily torn.

It's huge ! On two sides.
My fault. I didn't realise it would be on two sides so I'd have to turn it over! It's very detailed but I wanted all of Turkey on one side...its not! Just frustrating. But it's incredibly detailed for anyone using it in the country.

Don’t buy this.
As a road map the scale is too small to easily plan routes but, worse, it is out of date. We travelled from Istanbul to Bursa and the most obvious route took 3.5 hours which included a ferry which was not indicated on the map. After arrival we learned there was a motorway, O5, which we used on the return journey which took a little over a hour. This was not on the map. It is out of date.

Useless crap
What the hell makes this a "travel" or "adventure" map? Everything is too tiny. It' s completely unusable for hiking. Complete garbage.

Highlighted Scenic Roads are VERY useful in the Adventure Travel series. Good map

I needed a map of Turkey for a project I’m working on that marked archaeological sites, location of rivers, mountains, etc. This map gave me more information than that; caves, castles, castle ruins, monuments, churches, churches in ruins, monasteries, monasteries in ruins, mosques, mines, UNESCO World Heritage sites and natural points of interests. 1 inch equals 19 miles. The map is front and back and very durable.

These NatGeo maps are awesome! We bought ones for Türkiye, Greece, and Cyprus and loved using them all on a recent trip. Highly recommended!
