Ice brick
Nice design, I like how the water is added in a opening in the back, rather than where the ice is stored like other countertop models. The large water capacity is convenient.Ice is produced relatively fast; Ours is having a hard time dropping out the ice though, and it’s turning into a brick- great for chilling a big container, not for a glass though.

Nice Product
I liked it overall. It's a well built machine. After a couple week the fan starting making loud noise. Still keep making Ice. I will ship back but will order it again.

Easy To Use
After working through an issue with the first ice maker (customer service was quick and easy to work with) sent to us and getting the replacement, this works as advertised. It is easy to use, creates convenient sized cubes, not too big, and helps us keep up with ice demands of a 7 person household.

Awesome!
We used this in our 5th wheel trailer on trips, it’s awesome!! We like it so much, we actually now use it in our home so we don’t have to buy any more bagged ice.
