Belkin Natural Grain Wallet Folio Case with Stand for Apple iPhone 5c (Blacktop)

I am normally too lazy to write reviews for products. However, the case is so good that I have to recommend it, especially because the fact that there are so few choices for 5c compared to 5s. Prior to this case, I had been using case from Apple store. However, it didn't take long for that case to pick up color of my jeans. THIS case however, has impeccable feel, and elegance. It allows the real color of the 5c come through, but also fits the phone perfectly. The matte finish is also fantastic. I have done much research before I found perfect case for my phone. Hopefully this review will save you some time.

I've had this folio case for about a month now and it is holding up fairly well. I tend to describe it as "sexy" because it does make your phone look very sleek and sexy (that's not weird right?). I intended to use the card a lot for a metrocard ONLY, and I did check to see if a credit card fits and it prevents the case from closing flat against the phone. However a metrocard fits perfectly fine. My only small complaint is that the edges of the strap closure are already wearing down a little, but the case as a whole looks great and sleek and has been protecting my phone well thus far. I dropped it from my bathroom sink and it was OPEN and it survived, but that could have been a lucky fall. The edges of the actual plastic case are not raised at all so if the flap is open, you get virtually no screen protection so beware of that! However that did not stop me from giving this 5 stars. It was absolutely worth $20 in my opinion since it was exactly what I was looking for- a slim, sexy case that still shows off a bit of the blue color of my sexy iPhone! Haha ;)

waste of money..i want to return mine...dont buy this....Belkin pls improve ur products.. no protection for my phone.. i dont recommend this t anyone

The case is very slim. Feel is very nice. But it does not provide protection for the top and bottom edges of the phone. The entire top (power button) and bottom (connector area) are fully exposed (not covered). This is where I need drop protection for my phone! You cant see this in the product photos.

We have two of these. They are holding up -- look great... and are made of leather. Please note, they are not wallets. They only hold one card -- I use mine for my ID, so I can hike or run with my phone, head phones, and me. I don't give it 5 stars, as the phone will fall out of the case if it is open and drops.

This case fits my iPhone really well. It doesn't slip off and all of the buttons/inputs are easily accessible. It doesn't add too much bulk to the phone and has a small lip that provides minor protection to the screen. (I like the fact that it doesn't add bulk but if you are someone who drops their phone a lot, then this may not be the best case for you.)

I give this two stars because there are a few things a bona fide case should at least attempt to do: (1) protect the screen, (2) protect the corners, and (3) provide some anti-slip gripping. The micra has a good grippy texture, but it fails to do the other two things I look for in even the most minimalist cases--it's far too easy for the phone to pop out to reliably protect the edges and corners of my phone, and there is no lip on the front so my precious, state-of-the-art touch screen is 100% vulnerable. I could care less if the polycarbonite back gets a scratch. What I want is some nod to the fact that the screen is the most valuable part of the phone's exterior. The material has a nice feel, but seems very giving. There was no reassuring snap when I put my phone in, and I could remove the case one-handed. Belkin usually makes nice things for Apple products, but this one is a dud. I'm replacing it with a Caseology Hybrid Bumper for half the price. It was also delivered four days later than Prime's guaranteed delivery date. I wish Amazon would stick to UPS. Whenever they send things to me via FedEx it takes much longer than it's supposed to. (Remember: Cast Away was a story about a botched FedEx delivery)

This is great. My kids haven't broken it or torn it, the magnet still works and I can still get it to stand up. Feels very nice.

Has protected my iPhone 5c from a couple drops already, once face down onto asphalt. Would not recommend dropping your phone in this case, but it's nice to know it holds up well.
