I am such a wally. This is the first time I have purchased a mattress that has been delivered in a box. Straight after unwrapping I lay down on it noticing that it was thinner than stated in the description and also rolled off the side as there seemed to be no support. Messaged the seller who promptly got back to me apologising and was asking for photos to arrange a refund. When taking the photo I got a measuring tape an had realised the mattress had got thicker. Moral of the story good comfortable mattress but let it settle for a couple of hours before trying it out. Good support.

Nice,comfy mattress at a good price, and it came well packaged. It should have arrived on the 14th but arrived on the 16th due to errors made by the courier DPD.

Wrong description
This mattress is not memory foam . This mattress is not 6.5 inch it is 8 inch. Wrong description and this is a big problem. This is not easy to return. I need support to return these two mattresses.

Comfortable?
A little weird first impressions it comes so tightly wrapped you have to be very careful to open it with scissors or a sharp implement to make sure you don’t rip the mattress doesn’t take long for it to spring open. Very nice comfy sleep last night soft comfortable looks great

A cheap mattress
This mattress was cheat and you should not expect a lot for the price. Its very soft with little support and if two people get on it then both will end up in the middle. I bought this as an emergency mattress but how long it will last I dont know ,but I suspect about six months. My advice would be to pay a bit more and get a better one to start with.
