No. The was too small and the texture is too hard to fit the top of my Djembe drum

well sort of Okay
It's good Remo stuff is good 5 stars the head i'm replacing is over 30 years old it's jacked up but still works , BUT the rough fiber belt around the side of the NEW one (you know what i'm talking about if you have one) is already puling away from the edge of the playing surface.. Maybe they were made better back in the 90's. I would exchange it BUT I NEED it soon and I wont be able to get a replacement in time...oh! and that leads in to the other problem a me centric problem because maybe I CAN get it in time. this one showed up 5 days before the order said it would when I ordered it and usually people like early but I held off ordering it a couple of days because I was not going to be home and ordered on the first day it said it would arrive the day after I got home but it showed up today Friday instead of next Tuesday so I had to go all the way home because I don't want 80 dollars sitting outside my front door for 4 days. good job on the speedy shipping but not what I wanted again me centric... so maybe if I'm lucky I CAN get it in time BUT maybe not so I'll keep the slightly damaged head because I already put it on and I'm lazy. But if my other 3 Remo Djembes need replacements i'll go where I can have a gander at them before actually paying
