This is the first time I’ve tried this product and I’m happy that I did. I started taking it the minute it arrived (arrived at bedtime). I slept 8 hours and VeriFit watch gave me a Perfect score for my sleep pattern. I had so much energy the next day that I took it to the back yard to do some difficult yard work. This supplement was recommended to me 6 years ago by a naturopath. I was on a regimen of supplements, whatever weight I had gained was dropping and I was feeling good. Fast forward to 3.5 years of grad school, working at a recording studio that was open all hours of the day and night, with a schedule that shifted weekly if not daily and now having a job with steady hours but having a horrible time sleeping. I reordered these after going through my medicine cabinet and finding the old bottle. I did a saliva test away back when and remember that, at that point in my life, my cortisol levels would spike around 7 PM, which is when I would like I was getting a second wind. This was great for grad school. Not so much now. I’m 4 nights in on this. The first night, I took two capsules due to some lingering stressful events at work. Didn’t quite sleep through the night and felt a little groggy the next morning. By 8 PM the second night, I was already tired and ready for bed. Took one pill, went to sleep at a reasonable time and slept the whole night. Last night, fell asleep around 9:30 and slept soundly until 6:15 AM. This stuff is proving to be a miracle for me. I never thought I was ever going to sleep well without pharmaceuticals again. Lorazepam was the only thing that would work, but I didn’t want to become dependent on it, so I stopped it several years ago. The last two days at work, I’ve had more energy than I’ve had in months, have been focused, productive and simultaneously calm. My anxiety is getting less and less and I’m starting to feel like my old self again. Can’t wait to see what a few months of taking this will do. I even called the boyfriend at work today and told him what I was in the mood to do after work... I haven’t been that relaxed and anxiety free in years. Miracle cure. Seriously. If cortisol is your issue, these will work. Just be cautious of drug interactions and/or allergies. One small note-I do sometimes have a small headache in the morning after these. Hydration and a little caffeine and I’m good to go. Worth it to be able to sleep.

I’m a combat vet and I think I’ve had high cortisol and everything that goes with that for decades. First week of taking this supplement and I’ve had a bit of a headache at night, but better sleep, more calm during the day, and I’ve had some relief of my joint and tendon pain. Hoping to lose some of my gut and lower my blood pressure over the coming months.

This has been helpful so far. I clench my jaw at night due to stress and think my cortisol levels have been higher for a while. I usually wake up with a headache or neck pain from the jaw clenching all night. This has stopped the clenching at night which is a big win for me. I fall asleep pretty well even prior to taking these but staying asleep after 3am is hard for me. I usually wake around 3 or 4 in the morning but with these I can eventually fall back to sleep.

I can take this for up to 10 days and it absolutely helps me fall asleep, some nights sleep longer, and there's a calmness. However, I also can tell it's doing something to my body because around day 10 I start to feel a little down, more tired, kind of depressed. I think it's the ashwagandha which I've noticed I can't tolerate for long on its own. Could just be it's lowering my cortisol so much it's too low. My sister does great on ashwagandha so I just think people need to try it and see how it goes. I do cycle on and off it because honestly up until about 10 days it works pretty well for my sleep.

I took these for a month and took a couple weeks off to see if there was a difference and there was based on my oura ring. I started the again and my stress levels have become optimal on oura since restart. These work!
