Are these gluten free please

I think it's hard to say for certain, but I do believe they're all lentil or chickpea based noodles, if you're only lightly impacted by the intolerance I would say it's worth giving small portion a try. But I suspect they'd be advertised as such, if they'd gone to the trouble of making sure it was gluten free.

Very tasty but a bit on the messy side to eat. I'd never had the London mix before and it's delicious.

worth the expense ?

The London version was bland and had very little heat in it. The Bombay mix had little of the flavour I would normally expect. I have not yet tried the Balti mix.
