They Honor Their Word, I was surprised how fast they resolved the issue and refund me. I told them I wasn't looking for the money I wanted to replace my speaker. The same day they refunded me the money I used it to purchase the same speaker. Thank You very much. Just remember if your Item is still under warranty with the seller you will be required to go through them first. I would recommend you to others.

Outstanding service. I think it's well worth the extra money and not have to deal with the seller. Amazon does good but sometimes you need some backup.

This product start warranty ends. I’ve used it twice before and this is my third time and have had no issues. The process is a bit tedious other than that it’s worth it.

Filing a claim was easy but they just referred me to the manufacturer who referred me back to Amazon. Fortunately, Amazon decided to issue a credit, but I didn't receive any help from Asurion.

Easiest secondary warranty company to deal with -- maybe ever. They were prompt, resolved the issue immediately, and I literally had a replacement product in hand before I shipped back the defective item. 100% would recommend.
