Is this a better way to mount the sequential and regular mount together if I want the sequential on the right side of the regular

Hi Johnathan, The shown offer is for additional upper bracket and aluminum adapter plate mounted on top of the L bracket, and pre-drilled to accept two Thrustmaster TSSH Sparco handbrakes/s-shifters. If you want to use combo regular Thrustmaster shifter and Sparco handbrake/s-shifter you need the following bracket kit: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VMSKWLN. Upper L bracket can be mounted in opposite direction in order to have handbrake on right side of shifter.
