Hi there, how would you clean the spout? Does the unit come apart at all? Thanks

It comes with a decently flexible brush to clean the spout. Is a very good material, I use it every day, very easy to clean, the water slide off the stainless still nicely, so it's very easy to dry too. Looks like could come apart with some sort of unscrewing, but I personally never did it and I would not recommend doing it without knowing very well how and why you're doing it.

using a neti pot is not comfortable but i gave it 5 stars its not supposed to be comfortable

Bad design

Bad design. When you tip the neti pot to pour into the nose, the water spills over the lip of the pot. Going back to using my neti buddy pot.
