This is a wonderful book about not just the classic Negroni cocktail, but other cocktails made from Italian bitter liqueurs such as Campari, Fernet Branca and Cynar. The author gives you the historical background of the Negroni, probably over a hundred recipes for cocktails and lots of beautiful photos. We're in the golden age of cocktails and this book will show you how to prepare fun new drinks. Many of the drinks use Campari, which you can find at any liquor store. The book has inspired me to search my local liquor stores for the less well known liqueurs such as Cynar and Fernet Branca. Cheers!

In general, this book is superb and serves as an ideal addition to any coffee table collection. As a dedicated Negroni enthusiast, I found it particularly enlightening to explore the various iterations of this classic cocktail.

Excellent book for those interesting in getting to know ALL about this curious and enjoyable drink (once you've had it a few times). Gary (Gaz) has done an collected together everything you need to know about and how to mix many variations. The photo illustrations are outstanding.

The lore surrounding the Negroni is enough reason for the book but add recipes from some of the most accomplished bar folk on the planet, this is truly a great read. There are enough recipes in here to keep you inebriated.

Excellent history and comprehensive knowledge of one of the best cocktails. The numerous variations on the classic recipe are fun and worth a try.

The book is great!!Many ways to prepare this unusual drink. The drink takes a while to become accustomed to but wins you over quickly.

This is a nice small hardcover book on this trendy cocktail. The author explains its origins, history, and also provides numerous recipes that are variations on a theme - or distant cousins. It is a nicely designed book with several pictures that create a smooth, comforting ambience. In all, an enjoying read.

Sehr schöne Rezepte und neue Ideen. Mein Mann war ganz begeistert und hat schon viele Rezepte ausprobiert. Manche sehr gut, manche nicht so. Aber ich denke dass es halt so ist wenn man negroni mag :)
