I was looking for a non-porous water bottle that HAD to look like a soda bottle (if I could help it). I don't know why I was obsessed with that look, it's just the style I preferred. Anyway, I did a quick search for "glass water bottle" on Amazon and dug through the pages until I came across this beauty. I'm extremely happy with the purchase, and I've gotten a number of compliments on its unique appearance. It's not too large and will give you a nice amount to drink for a while. I also haven't noticed anything like it sweating a lot when filled with a cold drink. If you're looking for a reliable, quality water bottle that just looks cool at a reasonable price - this one's for you!

I cannot attest to the claims that the products makes as of yet. But the construction and the material seems to be pretty good. They could have had a better design for the bottle cap but overall great product. Hoping it performs on what it promises.

Solid and super high quality. Sooo expensive, keeps the light out, doesn't leak, and useful.

I can definitely tell that it is air tight as I have chlorine dioxide, which is a gas, mixed in distilled water inside of it and it stays potent for days. From what I have researched chlorine dioxide is two oxygen atoms and a chlorine ion so it is very small and in the past many times I have had it escape the containers it was in and lose potency even during just one day. Chlorine dioxide is also broken down by light, so having this extremely dark glass also adds to that side of keeping it potent. The size is nice, it fits in the cup holder in my car. If it were any bigger around it would be inconvenient but its perfect. Its a bit pricey, but if you are looking to keep what's in it preserved it does a great job. The mouth hole is a bit small, but I easily got used to it. I did not receive two lids as advertised though, just the one. I give it 5 stars regardless as it perfectly does exactly what I hoped it would.

Beautiful bottles

I'm a personal chef and bought this for the Extra Virgin Olive Oil that I travel with. Perfect for protecting my ingredient from the damages of light, so far it seems to be spill proof. My only challenge is that I have to guess the level of the content when it comes to refill the bottle. I understand that the whole point is to have a bottle that is not transparent, but I wish there was a way to have an indicator of some sort that would not compromise the benefits of the protection from the light. Other than that, love my bottle.

The quality is fantastic and the sleek black design is nice! The weight is quite heavy, but considering it's 1 liter, I think it's pretty lightweight for the amount. The taste of the water in the bottle is amazing too, it doesn't have any taste caused by the container, so I'd say that is one of the top features of this bottle. However, I noticed that the price has increased since I purchased this bottle about a year ago. I bought mine for $30 using a $2 discount... however I noticed they're now charging $39 CDN. Honestly, I would not have bought this bottle at that price, nor do I think my bottle is worth that much. $30 is the max this bottle should be worth. The other downside is the lid. The lid is basically just a cap that screws on/off... but at this price point, I would hope for a cap that comes attached to the bottle, so you don't worry about losing the lid. My last critique is the size! Ironically the size is both a pro/con - it's great because I can carry a large amount of water for my trips, but it's bad when I'm carry something heavy or don't have a holder that can fit my large bottle. For what I paid ($30 CDN) it was well worth it! But for what the current retail price is ($39 CDN), I don not think it's worth it.

Been keeping this filled on my desk at work. It has been preventing the water from getting a stale or "feet" smell tinge to it, even if it sits on my desk for up a week. It's heavy of course, but I don't mind - would not be recommended for a travel water bottle. But very sturdy! I am very much looking forward to buying and testing out some of their large food storage jars for things like nuts or flax seeds, as they tend to go stale and rancid quickly. Also interested in the square version 1 L bottle to store my expensive olive oils!

It's Air Tight and block light.

This is Truly Exceptional Water!! I have been taking a 1/4 cup each & every day & I notice that when I forget or haven't taken it yet that day that my energy is less. I have Fibromyalgia & so anything that gives me more energy I am up for it. And this water works Perfectly!! Definitely will be buying more bottles so I always have one in the sun charging!! It is very easy to use. When you first get the bottles just wash them with mild soap and water and fill them with good water--filtered water--and then place the bottle(s) in the soil and let it charge in the sun for 1-2 days. That is it! Its that simple! Enjoy & pay attention to what it does for you! :)
