Worked very well for me, I enjoyed it

Took 30mins before I hit it as directed (not quite a full scoop @ 197#). Did a light warm up and then got to squeezing. I did get a good full pump and felt the motive to go again after "last sets" so I am going to go through this bag and update. My workouts usually go for about 45- 90mins. Fairly heavy and alternating to light whole body and cardio (hiit) on 3 off days. I am a regular user of pre workouts and am trying this in homage to a awesome fella! Will update in 30 days. Update: This will be my go to from here out! 1 full scoop now. What I did notice was I WAS breaking P.R.s! Lots of focus and a willingness to drop set till fail. I feel moviated to run the rack. My workouts are now about 2hrs. After my workouts I feel pumped and like I accomplished what I set out to do. But, I feel like a rung out rag the next day! I love this stuff!! I am going to definitely try other Granite products. This is on the higher dollar side for me but I am definitely getting/noticing results. Willing to pay for what works! I am going to try the whole line of products starting Jan. 1 2022. I will update on Feb. 1 if any one finds it helpful... EDIT 2: So 2022 full yr. with this as my go to press workout. I had an excellent yr with all the benefits mentioned eariler consistently. Then my dad died, couldn't dig out of the depression for a while. Stopped living and moped around for over a yr and stopped working out.. it was a harder blow than I expected. But, I know the gym is where I need to be to clear this fog...So here I go again.! A little fatter, a whole lot weaker, but a commitment to start living a good life again.. EDIT 3 at end of Feb. 2025.

I ordered two bags on 9/6/24 and both arrived 9/11/24 and expired on 8/20/24. Not only are they expired, but they are completely unusable. Both bags are solidified as hard as rocks. One bag arrived with a hole in it. I’ve been buying from Granite supplements for over 4 years and have been a long time supporter. I’ve recommended this product to friends. If I don’t get a full refund or two non-expired bags, I won’t buy any more from Granite supplements. I talked to the customer service department on their website, and they sent me another expired bag of the GX Pre-workout and the wrong product. After I get my two bags of GX Pre-workout, I’m not buying anything from them anymore. I’ve been buying from them for over four years and they lost me as a customer.

Three stars for the flavor compared to other pre-workouts, but the energy formula is like fairies: you must want to believe it's real. In March 2025 the subscription price was $22.88, but in July Amazon wants $44.99 for the exact same package. That's too greedy for me to condone. It's manufactured in Canada and Mango Geezer tariffs raised prices - but not to more than double.

I've been using pre workout powders for 20 years and have tried almost all of them. Effective pre workouts always boil down to two things: Ingredients and dosages. Most workout supps have only one of the two, and many have neither. Only a very few have both. Granite GX pre has both. Proven and effective ingredients with proper dosage of each. And as an added bonus, it's one of the tastiest pre workouts I've ever had. I got the Watermelon Candy flavor. This pre has has nice pumps, great energy and focus with no crash or jitters, and it also doesn't use too much beta alanine, so the tingles are only slight. Many pre workouts lean on massive dosages of caffeine to give you energy, but as I've got older I don't want 300mg of caffeine anymore. This has enough caffeine to be effective, but doesn't over do it. It also uses Theanine, which is very synergistic with caffeine, which it what takes the jitters out of the caffiene and makes this a another energy than most. This company knows ingredients, and they've made a great product. It's my go-to pre right now..

It is everything that John says it is without the usual side effects of a pre-work out. I had no jittery feelings, no tingling .. and I even thought may be this is not going to work. But waited 30mts and hit the weights and it has all the effects, that little bit push to hit that PR, focus, energy, pump. over the years I have tried all kinds of pre workout, my go-to was NO explode, but they stopped making the carb/sugar free version of it. I emailed John and asked if this will cause a blood sugar spike, and they said no. And I can tell you, I did not feel the crash like other products. Lots of other supplement companies add a ton of junk and proprietary blends in their products, so it's hard to tell what's in it. The labels on this product is very clear on what's in this product. The only issue is it does not mix well, I got the tangerine, and it's a mild tangerine flavor. But none of these are an issue for me. What matters to me are the ingredients that goes into this pre-workout.

This is J Meadows stuff. Hard to find a more honest guy. Good stuff too. This worked well for me but it did (like similar products) upset my gut. Im diluting it with more liquid and less product which helped.

Being a working and single Mom of 3, young kids, I’m so thankful for this product and excited that it’s now on Amazon! I was confused at first because it used to be called “arc reactor”, but it’s the same exact Granite product (unsure why the name changed, but all good!). I've been taking this product for more than a year, and it’s a product and lifestyle that I can’t be my best and to my full potential without it. I take it every time before going to the gym or a run to motivate me and also to get me through my workouts. Premium is just the thing to get the energy and focus to knock out my workout routines. I’ve tried many other pre-workout products. This one is by far the best and I love it! Thank you Granite for helping me “make it happen” :)
