Very compact and very easy to hook up. Took about five minutes. Work excellent with all Dvds. Could not ask for a better player at such a fantastic low price.

I got this to play my DVDs on an older LCD TV. It works as expected with both my US/NTSC and UK/PAL discs that I tested.While unpacking it, I heard something rattling inside the device. I opened it up and found a loose screw and a fairly loose power supply board. I used the screw to fasten the board and it seems ok now. It would have been bad if the little loose screw scratched my DVD, jammed the tray or shorted out something. -1 star for this.I did not want the HDMI out, so I'm glad to have saved a couple bucks.The remote is tiny and did not include the required 2x AAA batteries, but it is to be expected for such a cheap DVD player. I prefer having AAA batteries instead of a coin cell.The image zoom function doesn't really work well enough to compensate for old letterboxed video, but I've never seen that work right.

It's good and can play any VCD/DVD. shopping is fast.

Don't waste your money. Beyond cheap quality. I bought this product in June 2020. I used it once when I hooked it up and it worked well enough. I just tried to use it a second time a little over three months later and beyond turning on the thing doesn't work at all. Doesn't open. If you open it manually it won't close. If you close it manually nothing works. This has to be the worst value for my money I've been filled by good reviews on in a long time.

I LOVE this dvd player. The compact size is great - it has a LOT of cool features! The only problem is - it developed a problem with static sound within a month of purchase. I thought maybe it was a fluke - but it keeps getting worse. So if I could get this sound-issue resolved - I would give this dvd player 5 stars. I was reluctant to complain about the sound because in the beginning - it was so infrequent - and when i checked into possibly replacing it - it had a message that said " no longer available". So - I am waiting to hear from my extended warranty.

I have a few Region 2 DVDs that I got from the UK. They work just fine. I was able to set up and have this working in no time.

Its small and basic but works very well for watching my British DVD's. I had to get this one so I could watch my Farm Series DVDs (Victorian Farm, Edwardian Farm, etc) which won't play on American DVD players.
