It's hot and very tasty [if you like a smokey flavour]. It definitely adds a nice kick to whatever you are eating. Only thing is that I thought this would have been hotter. Don't get me wrong, your tongue will burn and your eyes will water. But I was expecting a searing, unbearable heat [as one reviewer said it is hotter than the lab dab]. I haven't tried the last dab but there is no way that it isn't hotter than this. So if you have good heat/spice tolerance, this will be very enjoyable. Of note it does tend to burn my stomach after a few minutes, so be careful if you have GI issues.

Trying this will likely bring tears of joy, or sorrow to your face. It's one of the most flavorful and best peppers I've ever tasted, however, it's not suitable for everyone. Use sparingly, as this isn't for all palates.

This Wicked Tickle Black Skull Smoked Ghost Pepper Powder is no joke. It’s very hot, like make-you-sweat-everywhere hot, but in a good way. The flavor is actually amazing too, not just heat for the sake of it. It goes insanely well with fried chicken. The 2 oz container looks small at first, but trust me, you don’t need much at all. A little goes a long way, so this will last a while. I actually split it into two containers so I can keep some in my bag (wrapped in Saran Wrap and covered in a ziplock back to prevent accidents) for when I eat out, and the other half stays in the kitchen. If you love serious heat and real flavor, this stuff is absolutely worth it. Just respect it when you use it. 🌶️🔥

I bought Wicked Tickle's ghost pepper powder because I was looking for a way to add fiery heat to any dish, and it certainly does that. A scant dusting will turn any bowl of chili into an experience; casually dumping a bit into your palm and licking it off will have you quickly reevaluating your boneheaded decisions. I'm not new to hot stuff, I like my curries in the 8-10 range, I have habaneros, Thai chilis and serrano peppers in the fridge right now; this stuff is sincerely hot. There's not much smoke flavor to it; maybe if I ate a tablespoon I would taste the smoke, but if I ate a tablespoon of this stuff I would also probably see God. So, four stars for great heat, little flavor, and kinda-cheesy packaging.

I put this on just about everything I eat at home for years now. For those of us with a tolerance to heat beyond the mortal plain, this spice is sublime! The rich flavor of the peppers and the smokiness enhance any meat.

I am a fire eater. I love heat, can eat vindaloos and such without problems. So I didn't expect this. It is pure heat. A little dusting on my food and it becomes almost too hot to eat. Even the barest of dusting creates a slow burn that makes you want a glass of milk (which will be useless, this sort of burn has to run its course). There is no flavor other than heat. No salt, no vinegar, no carrots or other vegetables. One light dusting converts food from bland to extra spicy, but does not otherwise change its flavor. Be sure to wash your hands first. Sparing use can make food picante to bring heat to the background of spices.
