Super Delicious.
I purchased these to make gluten free bread and crackers for my son. They work wonderfully. It is very important if you want to get the full benefit of the superb nutrition in these lentils, to soak them over night and then thoroughly rinse them to remove the phytic acid inherent in legumes, so that you will fully absorb the minerals.
