GORGEOUS. A must have!
As a fan of the series I found this to be incredibly fascinating! Not only it features art, it also features interviews and the artists' commentary on their own previous work. If a fan will get a kick out of this book, I can't imagine the utility it would have for artists trying to understand how the creative process usually goes to create timeless characters! It's gorgeous, it's amazing, it's a beautiful effort from UDON as they put it one together. And now it's hardcover, so a stronger option than paperback!

Love this book!! As a long time fan of this series I was happy to see concept art, characters sketches and amazing quality print. Comments from the artists is a nice addition also!!

Très bel ouvrage reprenant les artworks, background, recherches, publicités, jaquettes de la série de ses débuts jusqu'au dernier opus connu, c'est à dire Darkstalkers Resurrection.

Primero el libro tiene una calidad superior, muy bien empastado grandes ilustraciones, buen grosor de hojas. 5 estrellas! Y ahora como libro de arte la verdad está muy bien, divide sus capítulos en los juegos de la franquicia Y cómo llegaron a los diseños de varios de los personajes. También están los comentarios de varios de los artistas, los cuales no sólo se dan palmadas en la espalda, sino también hablan de la retroalimentación que recibieron y de lo que les hubiera gustado hacer mejor. Una gran adquisición para los fans de la franquicia y de los libros de arte

O livro é recheado de artes conceituais, sketches, storyboards e detalhes do background criativo dos personagens. Além de entrevistas e material promocional. É muito legal ver artistas mestres como Gouda cheese, Bengus e Ikeno dando suas opiniões e visão sobre as artes e os personagens de Darkstalkers. Para quem cresceu jogando a franquia como eu e é fascinado por arte de videogames, é um livro maravilhoso.
