They seem to come out fine if you remove them from the dryer promptly. No need to iron them, unless you like things perfectly sharp and crisp. Remember, these are scrubs - not dress pants.

husband wears a size 33 -34" waist and 28-29" length..will any of these fit him and what size should i order???? he loves cargo pants.

Medium will be correct for a 32-34 waist. I am a 32 waist and medium is fine for me, but boarder on the loose side (which is fine).  As already stated, the length is very long so expect to have to fix them or take them to be altered unless your inseam is 33-34". My inseam is 30 and 3.5" was taken off.
