Love the placard , no more stick on numbers falling off your mailbox , easy to install , looks well

Installed easily into my new black mailbox. It includes several "feet" that are curved to varying degrees to seat into the curved top of a mailbox. That made it easy to install. All you need is a power drill. It looks classy. Despite being plastic, it looks very nice from close up to a far. It blends nicely into the black mailbox I have. It also has mounting instructions to attach to posts and other structures. Application of the other white background did not go well because I had to rearrange it, cussing one corner to lift and look crinkled. That could be a user issue, but why did they only have one of the white backgrounds installed? The number stickers went on pretty easily. I used the supplied guide to space them out. I live in the northeast and it's summer now. I'm not all that confident in the stickers making it through a harsh, cold, wet winter here. There are extra numbers included and I'll probably end up needing them. One way to improve this product could be including a slide in plastic protector over the number display, like a glass sqaure in a picture frame. I'm pretty satisfied with it. It does add some class to a basic home necessity. I wouldn't mind a larger one, but even so, it does look well here.

My old email account was stolen somehow, so I went to look for a new one. Then I found this one. It looks great and can well withstand various weather conditions. The size is also very suitable for holding small packages.

I'm well satisfied with this mailbox plaque. It is very classy looking for my mailbox and I had a few choices as to where I could place it. The kit comes with a few different types of hardware for mounting, which include options for fairly thin sheet metal or wood surfaces. Also it has some adhesive pads for quicker surface mounting. In my case I wanted to mount it to a 1" Sq. tube(hollow) that is my mailbox post. I needed a slightly longer sheet metal screw then what was provided but it was not too big a deal. You have 2 reflective adhesive sheets that are the backdrop for the numbers. The numbers are about 2" high. In my opinion, the numbers look rather light duty and I had a feeling they weren't what I wanted to use so here is where I deviated from the kit installation. I went to my local hardware store and bought two each of 2" numbers I needed (these were the standard mailbox numbers) I used these on the plaque and I had to spend a little time with the spacing and trimming each to fit like I wanted. I then used the reflective tape that came with the kit and trimmed it to fit on the longer outer edges of the plaque. (both side of the plaque) I know this is not the standard kit installation but it's what I wanted to do. I just felt like these numbers would last longer than the others. Overall I am liking the plaque and how it turned out on my mailbox. Overall this is a great kit.

Cool product that is easy to install and looks nice. Very economically priced compared to what you can get at box stores.

I considred sending this back, but I had it opened and went though a couple of sets of numbers. So it would not have been fair to return. The numbers are flimsy when applying and using the "recommended" ruler and lineup positioning. I had to pull off a number "1" to reposition it and the top "swoop" broke. Since only a few of the numbers have straight bottoms, using a bottom ruller line still creates sloping 8, 3, 5, etc. Lining up a number 1 or 4 can work at the bottom using thier ruler techniqe, but as you move to the top, the numbers tend to bend or bunch (hence my broken piece). There is certainly plenty of adhesion. I had better luck just eye-balling the placement. I planned to mount it on top of my mailbox, but it's inexpensive plastic with plain, simple font and didn't realy care for the look. I was going to toss it, but ended up attaching it to the edge of a 2 x 6 already in place below the mailbox . I can live with it there and maybe it will help delivery folks locate the place a little better. I already had small numbers on the door of hte mailbox and large decorative numers on the front of the house, but we still get misdelivered mail and drop-offs. If it deteriorates as quickly as I expect, it's an easy remove and at least i didn't drill two holes in the top of my mailbox that will eventually drip on the enclosed mail in the rain.

It's a plastic frame with a retro-reflective sticker for the backgrounds (both sides), and black stickers for the numbers. Use the instructions to align the letter (putting the numbers on a ruler worked great). The address plaque makes your house incredibly easy to find, and they really dress-up your curb appeal. I would buy them again if needed.

It's good quality but advert makes it look like it comes all together. $104.00 to return it by Canada post. I put it on my old mailbox.

I installed this under my mailbox it looks great. I have a steel pole so I used self tapping screws. Went up in minutes.
