My doctor reminds me that our skin is the largest organ of our body, and the front-line interceptor of a lot of junk out there. The Vanicream Z-Bar is free of everything that induces skin to rash or break out -- no fragrance or chemical additives -- and it's bolstered by the naturally-occurring, elemental medicine that is Zinc. After a lifetime of rashes and breakouts (and not always in the most desirable places), I had my dermatologist culture a rash: I have "contact dermatitis," triggered by fragrances and additives in skincare and household products (even those advertised legitimately as "natural" and purchased at natural foods stores). I was told to change everything I used to clean and scent myself, with the Vanicream product line as the place to start. I suffer from adult hormonal acne I’m A natural redhead with very sensitive skin and finding anything that works for my acne topical has always been a nightmare. I feel way more confident in my skin now!!!
