Works well, better than squeeze bottles or pots. Saved trips to the doctor for more meds.
Oh my, so many meds and trips to the doctor for sinus and allergy issues. I wasn't thrilled with "waterboarding" myself with the squeeze bottles or pots that run ounces of liquid through your sinuses. Doc put me on this with an aerosol. The aerosol isn't forceful to hurt you, yet it puts the liquid up further in your sinuses without waterboarding you. I chose the hypertonic (double strength) over the regular as it reduces the swelling faster. No stinging, nor having to heat up the solution. So, it travels well.

I mostly used it when I woke up congested
This worked wonders at the beginning of allergy season until the top no longer sprayed, and the rest of the product was wasted and tossed into the garbage. However, will probably purchase again.
