excellent candles. great price. do esnot include A batteries in package. this is a good thing, as those are frequently short life carbon zinc cells prone to leakage. these candles are somewhat narrower diameter than i expected, but provide long lasting charming ambient light from rechargeable NiMH AA cells. the included 2 (!) remote controls allow for custom operation of candles placed in different rooms without having to search for the lone remote. if a timed run setting is selected, the candles will automatically come on at same time in subsequent days.

The plus is for their convenience. They come with a variable length timer and a remote. When you turn the candle on using the switch at the bottom, you can choose to have it work manually, or you can set these beauties for 2, 4, 6, or 8 hour time using the remote. You can also set them to flicker (candle) or stay steady (light.) They will turn on at the same time each day with the same candle or light setting until the batteries die, and keep illuminated for the length you chose. I love how the candles come with two remotes. These candles feel like real wax, and they look beautiful. I just ordered a second set. I'm becoming addicted to the warm cozy feel that my home has. All I did was add 9 beautiful LED battery operated candles to the decor.

One of the candles doesn't work. I don't have the time nor patience to ship this back and I did not see an option to just replace the single candle. SO...eight will have to do. BUT...they are nice and feel nice. If not for this hiccup...I would have given them 5 stars.

So far I’m really impressed. The glow and flicker is surprisingly realistic. I’m also super impressed that after one time turning them on and setting the 8h timer on the remote, they come on automatically at the same time every day and turn off after 8 hours. Waiting to see how long the batteries last and will update the review then but really enjoying these so far, especially for the price!!

I had 1 of the candles not light up . other than that i liked the candles and the remote fuctions. my favorite is the candle light fuction makes it look real!

These are very nice, realistic looking candles. They have a flicker mode that looks great. I originally purchased the set to put in our fireplace for Christmas. The fireplace is small, and the candles cast enough light to give a quaint glow. They look a little smaller than I expected, though the dimensions provided are correct. They also use a lot of batteries - stock up on the AA size before you set these up. All told, I would buy these again in a heartbeat.

These came much smaller than expected but I was willing to overlook it as the remote is handy and has lots of great settings. That being said, 2 of the candles will not respond to the remote. They eat through batteries even when on a short timer. I should have known for the price but still a big disappointment. Thumbs down.

i love the look of candles but i have animals in the home that most burning candles are toxic to. these candles are perfect for setting the mood with just the click of a button. i love that they are on a timer so if i forget to “blow them out” (turn them off) before i go to bed they do not stay on all night. i love the candle setting and how it looks like a real flame is burning in there. i also love how the outside has a waxy feel instead of a plastic one like most others! i love these so much i even encouraged my friend to purchase some for her home. i would definitely purchase again!
