would this fit on a raptor ranger 2023?

I have a 2023 Ranger Lariat and it fits my truck. I have not heard about or seen a 2023 Ranger in a Raptor model. But yeah this trailer hitch should fit if the base frame is the same. I recommend that you check with your dealer.

As far as I know there are no 2017 rangers released in the US. The 1st new Ranger was released as a 2019. In the US

Will I have to drill the wholes for this to work on my 2019 ford ranger

Not 100% sure about the 2019, but I don’t think it’s any different from the 2020. I put mine on by myself in less than 20 minutes. Just make sure you have a small jack to help set it in place when you put the bolts in. Super easy to install and haven’t had any issues in the almost three years it’s been installed.
