Good buy and it worked right away
This worked. Always skeptical but ordered this based on matching numbers and, after putting in the batteries, just turned on the TV and went about my business. No hassles at all.

Good replacement option
Great replacement for OEM at a fraction of OEM price. Looks and works like original. Bluetooth connected to my Samsung Q60 with pairing function easily. Can't comment on voice commands function as i don't use it.

Great replacement remote!! And yes, the microphone button does work!
I have been looking for a replacement remote for about 5 years and decided to check Amazon. Put in the info that’s located on the back of my original remote and bam! Found it. I did read a few reviews in reference to the voice command option not working and here is the solution as mine did the same. Once I put in the batteries- response from Samsung TV was immediate. The voice command- no. Even though I had a response from my TV I still had to go through the syncing process. Once completed, everything works.

For the price, I can put up with the glitches
I purchased this to replace our original remote for our Samsung Smart TV. While it’s nice to have the clear visibility of the buttons, from time to time it’s still glitches and does not seem to keep up with the television. It’s easy to use, and it paired well with our television. The replacement value is good, it was a relatively low price. I’m still trying to decide what is causing the lag at times, but overall I didn’t feel the need to return.

It is very unreliable
It seems like it works and then it stops working and then it will work again but you have to push the left and right buttons 30 times to make it go over once. It won’t control the volume. The speaker “talk to” button doesn’t work. It’s a piece of trash. I would love a refund but it tricked me and I may not be able o get one because I got rid of all the packaging.
