Great product. Perfect for my elderly parent.
I purchase this product for my elderly mother who has bladder issues. It’s just reassuring knowing if we are out that she doesn’t have to be embarrassed if we can’t find a toilet quick enough. The only down side this time was the courier, normally they are delivered on the exact date stated, this time, they quoted an issue at the door/driveway prevented them from delivering. There was no issue other than it being probably too late for them to be bothered to deliver it. Therefore it was delivered the next day with no issues! I will still keep buying though as they are a good purchase and easy to have the door to door delivery.

Good, reliable product. I have been purchasing this item via Amazon for few years. No problem with the product. Today Care supermarket seriously let me down. This happened only once in the last three years but it's enough to cause a trust and reliability issue. Sellers of these type of products must realise they have more obligation to be on time for customers who rely on them for what is a medical issue. You can't let people down this way. I have always given good review about the seller. Alas, today I a not feeling it.

Very thick. Not sure what is 'mini' about them!
I didn't expect these to be so thick! I wish the description had described them better. I thought I was buying long ones to be better in case there was an accident overnight, but I think these would absorb enough for a fortnight! I thought I was paying extra to get longer ones rather than thicker, as I'm going in to hospital soon and will be lying down for most of it. So I've given it 4 stars, but that's purely for description not being clear enough.
