Whole Wheat Atta - 20 Lbs

Very high quality flour.. It's better than most of the higher priced brands I've tried.. It not only makes delicious chapati it makes a wonderfully soft whole wheat bread. I use it in pretty much everything [except cakes & fine pastries] now as it adds a beautiful flavor & fiber to fried chicken, oatmeal cookies etc. I keep it in the largest Tupperware canisters (which holds 15lbs at at time) and it stays fresh for a long time - a sign of a well-milled grain.

This is one of the best brands for Atta. it is certainly much more expensive than Sujata which I believe is the next best Atta brand in the US but it is worth every expensive penny! The chapatis are soft and very tasty.
