Works great and feels sturdy. It definitely gives your abs and core a challenging workout, but it's harder to use than it looks at first. After a few sessions, I got more comfortable with it and could feel the difference. If you're new to ab rollers, start slow and focus on proper form. Overall, a great piece of equipment for strengthening your core.

A nice ab roller. The wider wheel ensures a decent amount of stability during exercise. It is made out of plastic, which keeps it light weight while still being structurally durable. Putting it together was relatively easy as well and the grips are reasonably padded so they don't hurt the hands as your reps increase. The knee mat is VERY minimal ((~1/8" thick) and I found it too thin to add comfort or safety for my knees. I found another small foam pad to use for under $20. If you are doing this on a hard surface or even non-plush carpet, I would suggest getting a knee pad (even look up gardening if the fitness one's seem like overkill for you). Nothing is worse than quitting a routine or not following through on something simply because other parts of your body are not cared for as a proper prep for success.

This is a good addition to your ab routine if you need to mix things up. It feels very sturdy when you assemble it. I was worried about my wrists feeling bad but it doesn't happen with this ab roller. You can use it anywhere too.

So far, I like this Ab wheel. It gets the job done. The delivery was quick, the product seems pretty sturdy.

The product works really well, but the reason I’m giving it a three star is the fact that one of the handles couldn’t fit all the way onto the bar because there is a piece of plastic that wasn’t trimmed off inside of it and was stopping the bar from going all the way into the handle, soI had to get a knife and manually trim off the piece of plastic, after 20 minutes of trying to get the bar on so it really just wasted a lot of time and could’ve been easier if the plastic in the handle was fully trimmed like it’s supposed to be.
