Loose, no packets - good spices
It's a good spice mix. The listing says it's packets but it's actually a tin of loose spices. They don't give instructions on how much spice mix to use per cups of moong dal/rice -- the only recipes from the company I could find are referencing using packets, and not sure how much is in a packet. But it's a quality kitchari spice mix if you don't want to make your own!
