I've had this case for nearly a year now and I have to say that it looks as new as it did the day it came out of the package. Unlike most other cases, this cases is rubberized without being a magnet for lint. The price here on amazon is too good to pass up.

Good. It does protect the phone well, as advertised. Perfect fit, but hard to press buttons, and I would have lite it to be less slippery.

The Samsung D30 flex cover is good. Adds minimal bulk and is smooth enough to slide into a pocket, but still allows for a good grip. It's a bit stiff and the buttons are harder to press, but okay. Putting it on the phone was tricky until I slid a length (about 8-10 inches) of flat 1/2 inch gift-wrapping ribbon into the camera slot at the top of the case, leaving the two ends of ribbon sticking out (front and back). I then fitted the bottom of the phone into the case first, then using the ribbon to help with the top of the case, I was able to get the top front corners pulled out and around the phone and fitted perfectly. I pulled the ribbon out and the case was nice and snug, with no corners folded in. I'm ordering another of these covers for family.

I really like the way the cover looks and feels. The bad part about it is that I wasn't expecting it to cover the buttons on the side with it's own buttons. It makes it hard to push the buttons unless you really push hard. Sometimes there is even a delay from when I pushed it to when it works. So sometimes I end up trying to turn on my phone, just to have it turn off right away because I pushed it again thinking I didn't do it hard enough. For now I'm going to keep the case and hope I get used to it, but it has been really annoying so far and I wish I had picked out a case that had cutouts on the side.

I must say I rarely rate an item this low, and I believe this is the first item I have ever returned to Amazon. This item does fit nice and snugly, but mine had the volume and on and off buttons removed. I believe from other reviews people found the material so stiff that they couldn't operate the buttons. Maybe in response to this someone decided to cut out the openings. This works kind of with the volume switch but the on off button is so flush with the phone that it is almost impossible to reach it. In the process of this revision, in fact, it appeared they nicked the edge of the rubber cutting it off. This item fails the functionality test for me.

Nice and slim, and just the right amount of grip versus slick. It's grippy enough that it won't slide off the table, but slick enough that you can still slide it into your pocket. The exterior buttons work perfectly, and all the holes are exactly in the right place.

Seems sturdy enough; as a part-time farmer I needed the best protection available. But it was hard to get on as it is quite rigid. I wound up having to use a knife in the final corner which is now apparently permanently altered (tho not affecting it's staying on the phone). Wish I had put my permanent face protector on first as now I have to take off the cover which I'm not looking forward to.

We're on our 3rd broken phone, and already this has been dropped with the case on 3 times. Maybe we just need to get glue. This case has done a great job, and also keeps the shape well. My son likes to take off and put on his case a lot (why, we don't really know), and other cases have loosened up their grip in the process. This one has not. It's not the cheapest product out there, but we've done cheap, and therefore, have done multiple phones. Teens...
