Great vegan alternative
I love these, I researched for a long time the best vegan omegas and these came out on top for DHA and EHA. If they could come in a recyclable jar that would be even better!

beware the shell
Alot of these are splitting...we are used to getting straight from healthspan for years and no such problems...is the shell less robust now? Is keeping in a kitchen cupboard no longer a good thing with the heat as it is now...should they be in the fridge?

Makes your clothes smell like fish food!
Stopped taking these as they made my clothes smell like fish food. I’m fully aware that these are vegan and not fish based but you’ll notice yourself now I’ve pointed it out. Smell your clothes if you’ve sweated in them. Keep taking them if smelling like that is something you’re into.

We really like these & have been taking them a while now to help skin, brain & general health too but the capsules are quite big

Good vegan algal oil Omega 3 supplement, with high EPA & DHA amounts for one capsule a day, no taste
This is a good quality product, it is a little on the expensive side and if it was cheaper I'd probably buy it more regularly! I did a lot of research to find the vegan omega 3 supplement that I wanted and this one seems by far the best one on amazon, for now at least. I wanted higher omega 3 contents than the other brands were offering and to only have to take one per day (some recommend 2, 3 or even 4 tablets a day to get the stated amount which is just annoying and quite honestly, who even has the time for that?!) So overall I'm happy with this product, but price could be better than nearly £23 per pack I'm sure!
