They arrived! First time my son will use them I bought (3) 60 capsules. Count the first bottle only 58 and 1 empty capsule. Can review if it works yet! Little disappointed by less capsules than advertised.

My daughter loves it, She is 10y old. picky eater. Great supplement designed to support natural growth, bone strength, and overall development. The growth capsules seems to have good ingredients and overall quality, and my son liked taking it. I also think it can be a good supplement for growing kids and teens. However, after a few days, I noticed he started sleeping much more than usual, which I personally did not like. Besides that, everything else was positive.

These capsules are quick and easy to take! I like that these capsules help to support my child's bone growth and development. My child and I take two at breakfast or at dinner. The content inside the capsule is white. I like that phosphorus is included in it because it is an essential mineral that supports bone development! The addition of vitamin D and calcium are also quite beneficial. Ashwagandha root is a favorite of mine! It just helps to support better sleep quality and stress reduction for us. I love this product!

Capsule way easier than a tablet but just as good. Easier to swallow and no flavor or need to brush your teeth after. Better for when out of the house

I Didn't see any growth after 2mths of using, wouldn't recommend if you're past puberty.
