The mattress is very comfortable but soft. it feels like it is collapsing into it. if you like a hard mattress, this may not be suitable for you.

I was sceptical about this mattress but I need not have worried. From the shock of releasing it from it's confines, to putting it on my bed to use have proved easy. It is so much better than my previous hard mattress. I'm waiting for spinal surgery, so a mattress is very important to me but this one supports while at the same time being soft and gentle against my spine. Obviously I can't comment on long term use, but I'm hoping to have many years of sleep on this mattress.

I'm not sure what I'm most impressed with - the quality of the mattress, or how flat they managed to compress it for delivery!! Either way, as someone with a long term history of back and neck trouble, and after 2 bouts of surgery, I can honestly say this is better than other mattresses I've spent 5 times as much on. Very comfortable :)

I was having pressure point pain in the mornings I chose this as a replacement. It was a shock when it sprung out the tightly wrapped roll, something that concerned me, but I needn’t have worried! Best nights sleep 8n years. No pain so very comfortable. I am going to buy a double one soon for the guest room. Very impressed, great value 5*****

This mattress has surprised me. Initially when I first laid on it, I thought it would be too soft, but that's only until you fully lay on it. I instantly fall asleep every time since, very comfy, my only problem is the blue color as I hate blue, but that doesn't take away from the quality :) Very happy with it!

So glad we ordered this item, we were having trouble sleeping on the old mattress. Those troubles have disappeared now. We sleep comfortably and actually have a good sleep standard now.

Mattress great. But delivery company ARROW XL we’re appalling. It took 4 times to get the delivery and even then we had to go to another location to unload the mattress into our car. They seemed in doable of following directions
