yes. it does. it works great. my friend loves it. i bought it as a gift. he uses it every day to carry water, lunch and also wine on occasion.

It keeps beers cold for about 3 hours with ice in the hot sun. 6hours would be a stretch, buy a more insulated cooler bag. A Yeti would do it but probably 4x the cost of your hotdogs.
