Great for quick replacements
no, they are not top of the line but they work for a back-up. I have a set in my purse and one at my night table. Quality works well for what I paid for them.

Cheap but don't last long
I got these for my boys to use in their classroom as part of a school requirement. Out of the two I sent to school, one pair stopped working on the one side after two weeks of daily use in a classroom. Daily use is about 1- 2 hours, five days a week. In all they are not bad but I would rather pay $10 for a pair of HTC's that I know will last many years. The positive side is they do come in a pack of 4 and if they happen to stay working for you it isn't that big of a deal if a pair is lost.

Great for traveling
Bought these head phones for our trip to Mexico to use on the airplane since they no longer provide them or give you the option to purchase. These worked out great we were able to watch the movie and listen to music during our flight. They did what we needed them to do. Nothing fancy or out of this world technology.
