Adtech Ad-Tech 5655 Glue Runner Eraser

I love how easy and cleanly this eraser lifts my masking fluid. I only wish that I bought it sooner in my art career. But as the saying goes, "Better late than never." I let a friend of mine who was struggling to lift the masking fluid with her finger, her finger wrapped in fabric, a regular erasure, use this tool and she ordered one immediately.

I was skeptical that this would really take off glue runner tape as I had tried several other gum erasers that wouldn't do it. But lo and behold, it actually does!! What it does is, it actually rubs it off into a little ball of glue that you then pull off the eraser. It took a bit of elbow grease but I was happy with the result -- no residue! It even says if the edge starts to lose its removal powers, to just take scissors and cut off the leading edge and you'll have a fresh surface to work with! I'd buy it at twice the price -- it's great.

Great quality for adhering paper to paper. I use it in making greet cards. Works very well and it’s easy and quick to use. Quality and functionality is great.

It works great on cotton watercolor paper. Doesn’t tear the paper and takes the lines out gently.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I liked that this product had refills available, so the dispenser wasn’t disposable/one-time use, making it eco-friendlier. Use: But the tape did tangle up inside and I had a difficult time lifting it off the paper without making a stringy mess. Residue removal: However, the adhesive remover is fantastic and works flawlessly.

I picked up this Crafter’s Tape glue runner for some basic crafting and scrapbooking, and it does the job overall. The adhesive goes on smoothly and sticks well to paper and lightweight materials without making a mess, which is a big plus compared to liquid glue. The main downside is that it seems to run out faster than expected, especially if you’re working on larger projects. The dispenser itself feels okay, but not particularly durable. Overall, it’s a solid option for small or occasional crafts, but if you do a lot of projects, you might go through it pretty quickly.

Influenced again!! I usually use glue but this tape runner is next level and holds things together. I am an avid junk journaler and this really does stick…I’ll be purchasing more…doesn’t seem to bubble up underneath item being glued/taped

As a crafter, I use all sorts of adhesives and cut them with scissors. For many of my scissors, the blades are stuck shut. I purchased this eraser in hopes of cleaning adhesives off my scissors so I could use them again. I have just cleaned all my scissors of glue and they all work! It is incredible. With very little effort blades can be cleaned. The eraser is large enough to hold on to while safely cleaning scissors. And, when the eraser edge no longer works, just cut it off for a clean edge. I wish I had found this years ago. I highly recommend it and would purchase it again.

I used this for the first time this morning. It worked brilliantly. The glue is gathered up and you can wipe it away. It looks like it will last a long time as well because you can hardly tell that I've used it at all.

This glue tape is great for paper crafts! It glues paper perfectly, it's durable and the plastic case is of good quality. It took a little bit of practice to get perfect lines but once you get a hold of it, it's a breeze to use.
