I just found it uncomfortable to wear after 15 minutes. My upper traps would feel like they’ve been shrugging the whole time which is the posture I’m trying to reverse. I’ve had this problem with various posture supports and was hoping this would be different. This was the ‘least bad’ one I’ve tried. At the same time, I’m sure it’s been helpful for others, perhaps I’m just too oddly shaped to get benefit from them.

I bought this a few weeks ago and can honestly say that it has made an overall difference. You won't notice it instantly and it will take some time to kick in. I experienced initial discomfort and it does feel a little strange wearing the item the first few times, but it definitely helps and I'm going to continue using it until my body has made the required adjustments.

I thought be more sturdy good looking item would think it could do the job but to me was not sturdy supporting enough

Works wonders when sitting at a desk. Causes a little bit of pain at first but worth it. However the straps under the arms almost makes it unbearable to wear. I always wear it on top of a t-shirt for hygiene but found it also cushions slightly too.

Item was too small, the accuracy of the listed waist sizes are questionable

Seems to work when straps are pulled tight but your your arms and shoulders really hurt when tightened

Great fit but a bit uncomfortable under armpit

I wear for work helps keep me up straight most of the day , wouldn’t be able to work without it saves me taking strong painkillers defo recommend
